Q?What types of insurances do you accept?
A.

We accept all types of indemnity insurance and PPO insurance coverage.

Indemnity insurance allows you to go to any dentist you choose without a difference in what or how services are covered. We accept all indemnity insurance plans.

PPO insurance plans also allows you to go to any dentist you choose. However, if you go to an in-network facility, the fees are set by the insurance company and usually at a discount. In network dentists cannot change more than the amount allowed by the PPO policy. Out of network dental offices can charge more, but the insurance companies will pay only the in-network rate.

Our office is in-network with the following PPO insurance companies:

Q?My insurance is not listed, what do I do?
A.

We accept all PPO and indemnity insurance plans. We do not accept HMO/HMO insurance programs. Your HR department should be able to tell you the type of insurance benefits you have.  You can also call the number on the back of your card.

Q?Does my insurance cover routine cleanings?
A.

Most insurance policies do cover routine dental cleanings. However, coverage varies among different insurance policies and services needed.

Q?Can you file my dental insurance?
A.

With the proper insurance information, we will as a courtesy file for your primary and/or secondary insurance coverage.

Q?What is your policy regarding canceling an appointment?
A.

We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice.

Q?What if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
A.

Please leave a message on our answering machine and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Q?Do you offer payment plans?
A.

Care credit offers several different payment options and is available through our office. Call for details. We also accept all major credit cards.

Q?Do you see children?
A.

We see children 3 and older.
